Two briefs from the technology holding ATOM GLOBAL are open on Prime Oracles for Russian-speaking creators: clipping ready-made footage at $0.70 per 1,000 views, and a banner inside your own video at $0.20 per 1,000 views. Both promote AI ATOM GLOBAL EXPO 2026, an AI technology forum running 16–18 October in Minsk, Belarus.
The window is short: videos are accepted up to 15 October inclusive and both campaigns close on 16 October. Here are the terms, the requirements and the steps for each brief.
The two tasks
| Task | Type | Rate | Minimum payout | Maximum per video | Budget | Post by |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ATOM EXPO — clipping and posting ready-made content | clip | $0.70 per 1,000 views | $2 (about 3,000 views) | $100 | $500 | 15 October |
| AI ATOM GLOBAL EXPO — banner in your own video | banner | $0.20 per 1,000 views | $1 (5,000 views) | $60 | $400 | 15 October |
Both briefs run on Instagram and TikTok. The audience is the CIS region, so there is no need to translate your videos or run an account aimed at another country. Both started on 7 October and close on 16 October.
What is being promoted
AI ATOM GLOBAL EXPO 2026 is an AI technology forum held 16–18 October at BelExpo in Minsk. The programme includes humanoid robots, the country's first driverless drift, 50 projects and more than 30 speakers. School and university students get in free.
That matters for the edit: this is not an abstract product but an event with a date. What performs best is robot and drift footage in the first two seconds, a countdown to opening day, and the "where to go this weekend in Minsk" angle.
Clipping ready-made content — $0.70 per 1,000 views
The simplest way in: no filming at all. The footage sits in the campaign folder, which you open from the task card. You assemble a short video from it and post it on your own account. The editing is minimal — trim, music, captions. Some clips can be exported as they are, but they must be made unique first, otherwise the platforms will not give them reach.
What the brief requires:
- vertical video, 9:16, 10 seconds or longer;
- footage from the campaign folder only;
- the link atomexpo.by in your bio or in the description;
- the date and place named in the video: 16–18 October, Minsk, BelExpo;
- posted by 15 October inclusive;
- the video stays up for 20 days after payout.
Payouts start at $2, which is roughly 3,000 views. The $100 ceiling lands at about 143,000 views.
There is a bonus on top: talk about the expo in your own words rather than just cutting someone else's footage, and the payout goes up by 30%.
Banner in your own video — $0.20 per 1,000 views
Here too there is nothing to film and nothing to say. You take your usual content and drop the ready-made ATOM AI EXPO banner into the middle of it. The banner itself and a placement example are in the card's additional materials.
Shows, reviews, life hacks and any other original content all qualify. Movie and TV clips are accepted too, but the payout on those is cut by 50%.
How to place the banner:
- while the banner plays, your footage freezes on a still frame or your audio is muted — two soundtracks at once is a fail;
- the banner goes in whole, with its own audio, nothing covering it;
- video under a minute: one banner, in the middle;
- video over a minute: the banner repeats every minute — 90 seconds means twice, 2.5 minutes means three times;
- keep the link in your bio for the whole campaign.
Format requirements: vertical 9:16, 30 seconds or longer, the banner clearly visible and audible, posted by 15 October inclusive. The content has to be positive — negative, critical or shock content around the banner gets the claim rejected.
One account condition: videos from brand-new accounts are not accepted, your profile needs some posting history.
Payouts start at $1, which is 5,000 views. The $60 ceiling is about 300,000 views.
Who ATOM GLOBAL is
ATOM GLOBAL describes itself as a technology holding and venture builder that creates, develops and scales companies across artificial intelligence, blockchain and immersive technologies. Its portfolio includes the Atleta blockchain platform, Blockchain Sports, Arteki Studio, the JGGL app and other products.
The holding runs its own community on the platform — ATOM GLOBAL, with 132 members — where its campaigns and new briefs appear before they reach the general board.
The same advertiser also has tasks in English
Three of ATOM GLOBAL's five briefs are aimed at English-speaking creators. Two are built around JGGL, the holding's AI social network where music, images, video and short clips are all made by one assistant inside the app. The rates there are higher — up to $2 per 1,000 views for a UGC video about the app — and the window is longer, running to 11 November.
If you already work with an English-speaking audience, the terms are covered separately: How to get paid for UGC videos: JGGL pays $2 per 1,000 views.
How to take a task, step by step
- Open the Content Rewards section on Prime Oracles.
- Find the ATOM EXPO briefs — set the audience filter to the CIS region; both are tagged with the "Event" category.
- Open the card and read the requirements before you start editing: format, length, what goes in your bio, the posting deadline.
- Press Accept Task.
- Download the campaign materials from the card, edit the video to the brief and publish it on Instagram or TikTok.
- Add the link to your post in the task card — views are counted from it.
Brands looking at this from the other side set up their own briefs with the Create Campaign button.
Before you start
- The window is short. Posts are accepted to 15 October inclusive. These are briefs to take now, not closer to the weekend.
- The link in your bio is mandatory on both briefs. It is the smallest detail on the card and the most common reason an otherwise fine video gets rejected.
- Payment counts views, not videos. Ten weak posts earn less than one that travels.
- Maximum means maximum. $100 on clipping and $60 on the banner. The rate does not keep running past that.
- You can take both. They are different formats: clips from the campaign folder and a banner inside your own content do not get in each other's way.
Frequently asked questions
How much does clipping pay?
On this brief, $0.70 per 1,000 views, with a $2 minimum and a $100 ceiling per video. For how rates compare across other briefs on the platform, see What is clipping and how to make money from it.
Where do you get the footage for the clips?
It is in the campaign folder — the link opens straight from the task card via the Open materials button. You do not have to find the footage yourself, and you cannot bring in clips from elsewhere.
How many views do you need to hit the maximum?
At $0.70 per 1,000 views the $100 ceiling lands at about 143,000 views. On the banner brief at $0.20 per 1,000 views, $60 is around 300,000 views. Counting starts at $2 and $1 respectively.
Can you take both tasks at once?
Yes, they are different formats. The clips come from the campaign folder, the banner goes into your own video. On fitting several briefs into one week, see The clipper's workflow: five clips a day.
Will a new account work?
On the clipping brief there are no account conditions. On the banner brief there are: videos from brand-new accounts are not accepted, your profile needs some posting history.
How is the banner task different from a normal sponsorship deal?
You do not negotiate a price per video with the advertiser: payment runs per view at a fixed rate, and the placement rules are the same for everyone. For how that works in practice, see another brief we covered — The StealthSurf banner on YouTube Shorts.
On Prime Oracles the terms are out in the open: the rate per view, the minimum, the ceiling and the requirements are all visible before you commit to anything. Briefs live in the Content Rewards section, and you take one with the Accept Task button; brands post their own through Create Campaign.
Task cards: ATOM EXPO — clipping and posting ready-made content, AI ATOM GLOBAL EXPO — banner in your own video. Both sit in the Content Rewards section.
