Prime Oracles has an open clipping campaign for the business podcast "Фаундер" (Founder). It pays by view thresholds, and the entry bar is unusually low: $3 once a clip hits 10K views, $15 at 50K, $35 at 100K, $50 at 250K.
The campaign has been running since 11 August and closes on 8 November 2026. Of the $500 budget, $177 is paid out, leaving $323. Here are the terms, the requirements and the steps.
Before you read further: this is a Russian-language brief
The audience filter on this campaign is CIS, and every source video is a Russian-language podcast. You need working Russian to pick the right 40 seconds out of a one-hour interview and to write the subtitles. If you clip English-speaking Tier-1 traffic, the ATOM GLOBAL campaign and the other English briefs in the same section are the better fit.
The campaign at a glance
| Item | Detail |

| Campaign | «Фаундер — нарезки подкастов» (Founder — podcast clips) |
| Type | clip |
| Category | business |
| Platforms | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube |
| Audience | CIS, Russian-speaking |
| Payout model | threshold, on actual views |
| Minimum per clip | $3 |
| Maximum per clip | $50 |
| Budget | $500 ($177 paid, $323 left) |
| Dates | 11 August — 8 November 2026 |
You film nothing. You take any episode from the Founder channel, cut it into short vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, and post them on your own accounts. The brief asks for the sharpest moments: the insights, the numbers, the blunt lines. Source files open straight from the card with the "Открыть материалы" (Open materials) button, which points to the advertiser's YouTube channel.
How the threshold payout works
Most campaigns on the platform pay a flat rate per 1,000 views. This one pays for the highest threshold a clip reaches — one threshold, one payout.
| View threshold | Payout | Effective rate per 1,000 views |
|---|---|---|
| ≥ 10,000 | $3 | $0.30 |
| ≥ 50,000 | $15 | $0.30 |
| ≥ 100,000 | $35 | $0.35 |
| ≥ 250,000 | $50 | $0.20 |
Three things follow from that table.
The first threshold is 10K views. For a clipper that is an ordinary post, not a viral hit. Most clipping briefs start paying in the hundreds of thousands; this one pays from ten thousand, which makes it workable for a new account.
100K is the best-paid point in the campaign. It works out to $0.35 per 1,000 views, against $0.30 on the two lower thresholds. The top threshold is the weakest on rate: 250K views pays $0.20 per thousand. One clip at 250K earns $50; two clips at 100K earn $70 off the same total reach.
Payouts do not stack. A clip at 120K views pays $35, not $3 + $15 + $35. Only the highest threshold reached counts, and $50 is the ceiling for a single clip.
The remaining $323 covers roughly nine top-threshold payouts, or a hundred at the bottom one. The budget is shared across everyone working the campaign.
Who Founder is and what the episodes are about
Founder is a business editorial project that takes apart real niches and real companies with the people who built them. Its YouTube channel, @founder_founder, has 11.5K subscribers and 23 videos.
The format is a long conversation, 25 to 60 minutes, built around the actual economics of one business: how Yandex Lavka delivers in 15 minutes and what it earns, why ₽79 coffee kills a coffee shop, a trucking business that grew from one van to 21 trucks, an operator running 632 Ozon pickup points, shawarma, barbershops, flowers, a vineyard.
The number that matters for a clipper is a different one: the channel has only 11.5K subscribers, but recent episodes sit at 80–120K views. The episodes travel on recommendations rather than on a subscriber base, which is exactly the kind of material that carries into short form. Every hour-long breakdown holds a dozen moments that stand on their own — a revenue figure, a markup nobody expects, a mistake that cost real money.
In editing terms this is not gaming and not a prank show. There is no action to cut around; specifics are what land. A clip from this kind of podcast usually works when one number or one counterintuitive claim is in the first two or three seconds.
Clip requirements
- At least 20 seconds long. That is the floor; the brief sets no upper limit.
- Subtitles are mandatory for the whole clip. Not the first five seconds — start to finish. For a talking-head format that is not red tape: without on-screen text these clips do not hold watch time.
- The description must carry the line «Полный выпуск на ютубе на канале «Фаундер»» ("Full episode on YouTube on the Founder channel"). It is a payout condition, not a suggestion. Copy it exactly as written in Russian.
- Official source files only, from the "Материалы для Креаторов" (Creator materials) block on the card. Reuploads and footage from other channels do not qualify.
- No view inflation. Views are counted from the post link you attach to the card.
Full payout rules live in the Clip AG community (1,658 members) — the clipping agency that placed the brief. You can join it from the card.

What to weigh before you start
- The deadline is 8 November 2026 — about four weeks out.
- $50 is the per-clip ceiling. A clip at a million views pays the same as a clip at 250K.
- Volume beats one viral swing. One hour-long podcast yields many clips, and 100K is the best rate in the campaign.
- Business topics travel on business accounts. This material collects views on money, business and work accounts and noticeably less on entertainment ones.
FAQ
How much do you get paid for clipping podcasts?
In this campaign: $3 at 10K views, $15 at 50K, $35 at 100K and $50 at 250K. How rates work across the platform's other briefs is covered in What is clipping and how to make money from it.
How many views do you need before you earn anything?
10,000 views on a single clip. That is one of the lowest entry thresholds among clipping briefs — in the Domer streamer-clip campaign, for comparison, payouts only start at 100,000 views.
Where do the source files come from?
From the "Материалы для Креаторов" block on the campaign card: the "Открыть материалы" button opens the Founder YouTube channel. Any episode there is fair game. Footage from other channels is not allowed.
How do I add the required subtitles for free?
All three platforms have automatic captions in their own editors, and X's built-in video editor transcribes speech and lets you correct the text by hand — we covered how that works in Free video subtitles. What matters is that the text runs through the entire clip.
How long should a clip be?
No shorter than 20 seconds. In practice a breakdown with numbers needs 40–60 seconds: you have to set up the context and land the conclusion.
How many clips can I submit?
The brief sets no cap on clip count — the cap is on the payout per clip, $50. For building a repeatable output, see A clipper's workflow: five clips a day.
On Prime Oracles the terms are visible before you start: payout model, thresholds, minimum, ceiling and requirements are all on the card. Campaigns sit in the "Награды за контент" (Content Rewards) section and you take one with "Взять в работу"; brands place their own through "Создать кампанию".
