There is a new task on the Content rewards board, and it asks for something most UGC briefs do not: use the product for real, on camera. Zophous, an AI clipping tool, pays $2 per 1,000 views for a vertical video showing how you turn a long stream or podcast into short clips with it.
The rate is one of the higher ones on the board right now, and the entry threshold is as low as it gets — 1,000 views on a video already pays $2.
What the task is
Type — UGC. Category — Product. The task is published by the Info Clipps community, which has 80 members, and it runs for an English-speaking audience on three platforms: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
The brief is short. Paste a stream, podcast or long video into Zophous, let the AI find the moments, and show what comes out: captioned, vertical, scored clips that are ready to post. You are not writing an ad script — you are filming your own screen while the tool does its job, and talking over it.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Advertiser | Zophous — AI clip maker |
| Published by | Info Clipps (80 members) |
| Type | UGC |
| Category | Product |
| Platforms | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube |
| Audience | English-speaking |
| Start | October 27, 2026 |
| End | December 16, 2026 |
The campaign window is 51 days. That is long enough to post several videos rather than stake everything on one upload.
What Zophous is
Zophous is an AI editor for clippers and UGC creators: one long video in, a batch of short vertical clips out. On zophous.ai the pitch is "paste a link and get captioned, scored clips, then post or schedule them to TikTok and YouTube from one place". You can paste a YouTube link or upload an MP4 or MOV file up to 3 GB — podcasts, streams, webinars, interviews.
What the tool does with that file, according to the product site:
- finds the moments most likely to hold attention and cuts them out;
- burns in word-level captions automatically;
- reframes to 9:16 with a crop box that follows whoever is speaking, instead of a fixed centre crop;
- scores every clip out of 100, so you post your strongest one first;
- applies a brand kit — your fonts, colours and watermark — across the batch;
- publishes or schedules straight to TikTok and YouTube.
There is also a "DNA profile": the service tracks how your published clips perform and claims to tune the next batch — hook types, topics, visual elements — to what your own audience rewarded. The site reports 214,000+ clips made by 26,000+ creators, and says the product grew out of how its founder, Daniel, built his own podcast, Dmac Pods, clip by clip.
Pricing matters here, because you need access to film the screen. There is a free plan: 60 clipping minutes a month across up to three videos, with a minimum of 20 minutes charged per video, and clips carry a Zophous watermark — one watermark-free clip a month is included. The paid tiers are Creator Starter at $15 a month for 200 minutes and Creator Pro at $29 a month for 600 minutes. The site positions itself directly against OpusClip and claims double the processing minutes at the same price.
In short: you can shoot this video on the free plan without paying anything, as long as your source video fits inside 60 minutes of processing.
What you get paid
| Metric | Amount |
|---|---|
| Rate per 1,000 views | $2 |
| Minimum payout per video | $2 (from 1,000 views) |
| Maximum payout per video | $150 |
| Campaign budget | $500 |
| Paid out so far | $0 (0%) |
| Remaining | $500 |
The arithmetic: 1,000 views is $2, 10,000 views is $20, and the $150 ceiling lands at 75,000 views on a single video. Anything above that on the same video is not paid.
Two numbers are worth sitting with. First, the threshold is 1,000 views — a modest clip that goes nowhere special still earns something, which is unusual on this board. Second, the whole budget is $500 and none of it has been paid out yet, so about 250,000 paid views are still on the table across everyone taking part. That budget is small relative to the rate, so being early matters more here than it does on a $3,000 campaign.
Each video is counted on its own, so three clips at 25,000 views each pay the same $150 as one clip at 75,000.
The +25% bonus
There is one bonus on the card: a real stream or podcast clipped on camera adds 25% to your payout. In other words, do not fake a demo with a stock video — use an actual episode or VOD, ideally your own, and show that it is real. On a $150 maximum that bonus is worth up to another $37.50, and it also makes the better video.
The requirements
Four rules, all from the card:
- English voice-over or captions;
- a screen recording of Zophous, 10 seconds minimum;
- zophous.ai visible on screen — the site or the app in use;
- vertical video, 9:16, 20 seconds or longer.
So the shortest acceptable video is 20 seconds, of which at least 10 must be actual screen recording of the tool. That ratio is the whole brief in one line: half of your video, minimum, is the product working.
The card also asks for "Link in bio — zophous.ai".
Formats the brief suggests
The card lists four angles that work:
- "One stream, 30 clips" — the long video goes in, the clip grid comes out.
- Your editing time before vs with Zophous — the before/after comparison.
- How you deliver more clips and more submissions on campaigns — the clipper's angle: more entries per week.
- A UGC-style sales video made in minutes.
The first and second are the easiest to shoot and the hardest to fake, which is exactly why they tend to perform.
How to take the task, step by step
- Open "Content rewards" and find the "Zophous — Show How You Clip with AI" card.
- Read the card to the end — requirements, dates and payout are all on it.
- Press "Claim task". If you are not in the Info Clipps community yet, join it from the card.
- Open "Materials for creators" on the card for the brief and source files.
- Register on zophous.ai. The free plan is enough for a first video.
- Pick a real stream, podcast or long video — your own if you have one, since that unlocks the +25% bonus.
- Record your screen while you paste the link and the clips come back. Keep the site or app clearly in frame for at least 10 seconds, with zophous.ai readable.
- Cut it to 9:16, 20 seconds or longer, with an English voice-over or captions, and show the result — the finished clips, not just the loading screen.
- Post on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, put zophous.ai in your bio, and keep the video up. Payment is calculated on real views.
- Repeat with a different angle. The campaign runs to December 16, and every video is paid on its own.
Who this suits
It suits clippers and podcast or stream editors most directly, because you already have the raw material, you already know what a good cut looks like, and the before/after is your own working day. It also suits anyone who makes software demos on camera.
It suits complete beginners less well. You need a real long video to clip and you need to be comfortable narrating your screen in English. If you have neither, the board has campaigns that only ask you to edit footage you are given.
One practical note: record the screen at a readable size. A demo filmed at full desktop resolution and then squeezed into 9:16 turns the interface into mush on a phone — zoom in on the part of the screen that is actually doing something.
FAQ
How much does this task pay?
$2 per 1,000 views, from 1,000 views ($2) up to a ceiling of $150 per video, plus 25% if you clip a real stream or podcast on camera.
Do I have to pay for Zophous to take the task?
No. The free plan gives 60 clipping minutes a month across up to three videos, which is enough to record a demo. Clips made on the free plan carry a watermark, with one watermark-free clip a month.
Do I need a big account?
No. The task has no follower requirement — payment is tied to views on the video, not to your audience size.
How long does the video have to be?
At least 20 seconds, vertical 9:16, with at least 10 seconds of screen recording showing Zophous in use.
Does it have to be in English?
The video needs an English voice-over or English captions; the audience for the campaign is English-speaking.
Can I post the same video to all three platforms?
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are all listed for the campaign, so all three count. Keep the requirements intact wherever you post.
When does the campaign end?
December 16, 2026 — or earlier if the $500 budget runs out. As of publication the full $500 is still unspent.
